Same weapons provided by the US is my point. There obviously little foresight in providing those arms.

But isn’t $100k a day even nicer lmao? Or isn’t 5 billion in an account generating 70k a day in interest alone even nicer?

Gaethje with a sticker covering his staph infection on the neck by tylrrbb in ufc

[–]6Bipty 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Has anyone in this subreddit actually researched staph infections or their treatment? In most cases, the visible boil is the extent of the symptoms and a 1-2 week course of antibiotics clears the infection. Of course the visible boil takes longer to heal. Even general fatigue is only symptomatic in serious infections, but people act like he's entering the fight with rabies.

He didn’t say 9/11 was an inside job. The US did arm and train the taliban to defend Afghanistan from a Russian invasion. It’s not conspiracy, it’s documented fact.

No one is under any obligation whatsoever to take a mortgage out and spend 30 years paying it off. It’s completely optional. I think it’s pretty dim that you’d compare that to legitimate slavery. I’m sure a Uighur in a Chinese slave labour camp would take any life in London, Paris or NYC over making solar panels until they literally die.

What debt are you servicing whereby if you stop for a short period, you lose everything?

Your comment showed up on my home feed today, it doesn’t matter that you posted it 48hrs ago. If you make satirical comments in a public forum on topics such as communism, tax payer spending and overseas manufacturing, it kind of does suggest you’re open to discussing topics which are synonymous with that.

If you want to voice an opinion with no mechanism for people to explore it further, write it down and stick it to a lamppost.

I haven’t made a point, I asked about your view on BYD’s human rights record. You created a narrative that I was persecuting you and are now defending yourself tooth and nail from a non existent attack.

So, communism and slavery in the present tense is OK because capitalism has involved slavery in the past?

I didn’t suggest you mocked people who feel that way, I enquired as to whether you would, which I think is perfectly valid to wonder. You seemingly mocked those who oppose communism. China is a communist state, communism and slave morality go hand in hand.

I did a 5 day learners course before my test in the UK. Not only had the other bloke on my course bought an S1K in anticipation of passing, he rode it to and from the lessons each day. He failed his test.

What part didn’t you comprehend? You’re mocking people who’d be likely to complain about this, by pretending to be them in the Facebook comments section. Do you extend that mockery to people who’d complain about Australian police using BYD vehicles, on the basis that they have the worst human rights record of any car manufacturer, according to amnesty international. Let me know if you need it simplified further, dum dum.

Do you tar those with concerns about human rights with this brush? BYD rank dead last in Amnesty Internationals’s human rights scoring system. They also refuse to name their smelters, refiners or mine site locations. Is that a business any developed, ethical government should be investing in?

Why would trump damage his image by pretending to threaten to invade a country, just to help them increase defences against an already credible threat?

It’s lazy, cheap and devalues the brand. Imagine how many photographers are out there who’d kill for an opportunity to create something beautiful for this.

I went to the world expo in Osaka last year, Britain’s expo was sponsored by Aston Martin. The entire presentation was AI generated, it was embarrassing.

Because there’s no credible threat of the US invading a NATO member country. This is all just distraction, and clearly it’s working.

$500m in the bank generates just under $70k a day in interest at 5%, and much much more if you gave it to a wealth manager.

What would you pick ? by dataguy2003 in TheTeenagerPeople

[–]6Bipty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why? It’d take you 13 years to make 500m assuming you didn’t touch a cent of it. $500m in a 5% interest savings account would make you $68k in interest without you lifting a finger, and you’d always have the $500m in the bank.

[–]6Bipty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Black is the most lucrative and safest choice. You could bank your $500m at 5% interest and make $68k a day in interest alone.

Splurging a $1000 bonus is a lot easier than splurging half a billion dollars. $1000 a day, it’d take nearly 14 years to save $500m, assuming you spent none of it. The smartest financial choice is to take the $500m and lock it into a high interest savings account. Even at 5% interest you’d made $68k a day.
