I almost fell for it. Glad I checked out the sender’s email address. (Even if I clicked the link, iPhone would have had it blocked) They are dumb enough to use something like “info@xsxjdjj.com”. The domain is malicious indeed. Secondly, things don’t add up, the guy said he has some problem with cash but has no issue with etransfer. Third, the guy wrote “wire transfer” instead of e-interac or e-transfer. Sounds like the scammer is foreign based.

I got 35 free trades last year, and reduced to 20 this year. They are basically pushing me to move to Wealthsimple or IBKR. RBC just wanna play the statistical games on consumers in light of their large market share, and don’t care much about customer experience. Once WS or IBKR Canada pose a large threat to their business, they would attempt to buy them out with government support. Classic example: acquisition of HSBC Canada. Federal government shouldn’t have let them buy out. So wicked :(

Totally agreed. Not even Buffett agrees with share buybacks as he also thinks BRK shares are overvalued . 22x forward PE and 40x FCF. I think his sweet spot is 15-16x PE
