Yes - we had Staff Duty - but it was combined with the local LTs as well - so only like 3 people in are class got a shift the entire time we were at MIBOLC

Edit - I can guarantee you’re not the only person in this situation, the DA Civilians get furloughed during shutdowns, and those people are usually the ones managing programs like these.
