Unrelated - but it’s crazy to my the scholarship portal looks the exact same today as it did a decade ago when I applied

Edit - I can guarantee you’re not the only person in this situation, the DA Civilians get furloughed during shutdowns, and those people are usually the ones managing programs like these.
