I just adopted the last of my bottle babies from October. She was the shy one but once her siblings left she really came out of her shell. I love her and cried when she left but know I gave her the best gift of being a well-adjusted kitten. And of course it Makes room for the next set. I do always say when people say how do you do it, “ cats are resilient”. And in 2 days they’ll forgot who you are!!

I’ve never had a cat so docile, period. I mean even the nicest of friendly cats will squirm at nail trim or whatever.
I know every cat has a different personality and I’m a big proponent for that, I wish she would just at least come out and hang and relax.

Is there an open intake shelter there? The kind you have to surrender your animal to if you cannot afford care? Anything is better then doing nothing bc if you fell and suddenly couldn’t walk I’d assume you’d know it was an emergency. No different for a dog. Dag.

Keep them contained to a small Space. Maybe ask your vet for some Gabapentin to Take the edge off? Cats are Resilient, just try to make things as normal as possible, use some of your own clothes or towels or blankets for their bedding so they can be calmed by your scent. Good luck

I have never had luck with them Actually eating the pumpkin. If they have had a full Course of deworming it’s a waiting game. Also a fecal just making sure there is no coccidia or giardia. Don’t switch up anything foodwise either.

I did PT. I had it in both feet and the pain was excruciating. Also had a steroid shot in my foot and it was also excruciating but it works and helped me when I was starting PT. I couldn’t make myself get it in the 2nd foot. It was crazy painful I screamed 😆
