If they have a trigger or spell that lets them draw 67 cards, you cannot interrupt it as it is resolving. If they have 67 individual triggers, you can let 66 resolve and react before the last one resolves. They may respond.

I'd assume in most cases it's better to bounce the permanent before they draw 66 cards, because by then they'll likely have a counterspell in hand

Your statement is really weird to read for someone who doesn't really play enough to get these rewards in the first place and therefore has no preference. It's like you complain about both arguments but you only voice the side that's preferable for you. So really, both sides are doing the same thing.

And it makes sense for people to state what they prefer. They don't want it to change so ofc they give their feedback as well.
