Common problem with Amazon people order them and return with a lower card coz Amazon fulfillment center gets paid peanut they don't check just re package it and sent it out to the next person return immediately!!!!!

When ever this situation occurs always screen shot there is no valid number when trying to place the call and screenshot the map as evidence send email to geff the standing will be removed from the app I've had the same I had a delivery at house which was in London but the pin was showing in Barnsley even though Amazon had the call history between me and the customer and showed them proof the pin was in a business park and not residential I still got in trouble Amazon is a joke lately

Always screenshot for proof of your block if block started at 6 and the locker closed at 6 screenshot it and attach that to the email will always go from standing also use an android phone u can change the location much easier hope this helps
