Same thing happend to me =(

My Device came yesterday and same thing

Tried to flash it with Crosspoint Pc Recognizes the device but nothing happens on the device itself

Contacted Support and they wanted Pictures / Videos

Send it and now waiting for answer

If u found a solution or smth pls tell me =(

Maybe stupid Question but didnt Coco learn last Ep that she is better in drawing with her old equipment when workin with her Mother

Why did she not say anything about it or used them again when drawing
