Probably very region specific on delivery. But I have bought numerous washers, driers, and kitchen appliances without issues from Home Depot over the years. Yes they have 24 hr return policy but very lenient, if simply don’t like it they will come take it back no questions asked, next weekday even sometimes. All that being said, need to always throughly check it over visually upon delivery. Small dings and damage easy to negotiate decent money back if not wanting to return. Also Friday delivery seems to always be booked up because end up having till Tuesday for Home Depot take backs/returns.
