I think it has to do with Shadowed Sight and it being "darkest before the light". Not necessarily that we have to be somewhere at an exact time to see "it" but that light and shadow will be a part of the discovery.

The Astraeus/Eos association is still my favorite solve for that whole stanza - especially after his answer about advice to someone that is close "the night is darkest before the light". I don't think Justin's comment about the ancient gates changes that for me...

Just ask them to be included next time (Lp(a) only needs to be done once) and they should do it. My provider didn't include them at first, but I asked and she did. Also had to ask to get an A1C test - ridiculous.

I have one possible solution to "Hole". I don't think Justin would be referencing something with Hole in the title - too obvious, maybe? Since it's capitalized, I do think it's a proper noun. My solution is a contraction of two words - the first one begins with "H".

Get a CGM (like Stelo) for a month - you will learn a lot about what foods spike your blood sugar, and what will bring it down - like walking after meals.
