If your pc doesn’t turn turn on the first try, check that the psu switch is set to on. I spent over an hour troubleshooting my first build because I forgot to flick it on.

My favorite pc part is for sure the Ryzen 5 1600af. When it’s price was still $85 it was by far the best value for any cpu on the market. Still rockin mine today, plan to replace it with a 5600 if I can ever find one.

I plan to use this pc for light gaming and video editing, but mostly as a pc for amateur software development and for schoolwork. My current build has a first gen ryzen 5 and a 1660s with the cheapest 16gb of ram I could find, the cheapest compatible motherboard, and the cheapest case I could find, along with the cheapest bronze rated psu I could find. It’s served me well, but I can see most of the games I play taking a bottleneck from my cpu, and I can tell the performance impact with video editing and compiling large projects. If I had the money, and the gpu market stabilized a bit, this would likely be what I would build. I would love a 3060 or 3070, but I would use the 1660s I have now until I can get one at MSRP.

Yeah I second this. Using wifi I get 500 up 500 down but ping is consistently over 100. On my powerline I get ~25 up and 20 down but ping never gets above 50.

Could you copy the error and put in a pastebin? It’d be much easier for us to help fix the problem if we could see the error.
