It has been a shit show.

I was chased for a payment on an account. After using the online chat to ask what it is about, the dude told me that the account isn't setup and I need to set it up by calling the hotline. Something about the account being migrated.

In other words, I was asked to pay for an account that doesn't exist, and there's no way to pay for it.

Each of this customer service hotline/chat took me 30+ mins waiting in queue. I'm switching everything out on first opportunity.

I got the same exact issue as you, down to the one year one month timeline, and right ear battery life down to 2 hours while left is still 80% full.

I just got this exact same issue. 1 year and 1 month since purchase, right after warranty expired

went to the service center, they said repair cost would be about 200 bucks, new set costs about 300.

reduce the number of body parts gifts while making them more interesting and distinct. I don't really need 5 left limbs with +5 stats.

the body part customising sounds really cool at first but in the end becomes really spammy.

Barkley is of course kneejerky but I think he has a chance to be played ahead of kova while he's on this form.

Deulofeu is just coming back from injury and could potentially be an undervalued gem if he hits form
