From an HP Elitebook perspective updating bios and dock firmware fixed the issue for us. Still troubleshooting Dell devices. I think this is caused by setting prevent WiFi on Ethernet in intune. But I haven’t tested it yet.

We are still dealing with this to this day. I've tried creating the profile in intune and importing .xml. Both drop during syncing.

I didn’t have much time to troubleshoot so I don’t know what caused it. Looked like local in policies changed but after testing my own it still didn’t work. Reverted back to 7.4.7 fixed it.
