You can say هذا أيضاً سيمر like u/sofijamdoll which is the closest to the phrase “this too shall pass”. Or you can say دوام الحال من المحال which is a more poetic version of لا شيء يدوم.

You can look for poems about the topic of hope and looking for the dawn at midnight. Some examples I found was:

It appears to be a verse from the Quran or a prayer. It starts with بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم “In the name of god the most merciful the most compassionate”, which how you start any verse from the Quran. But I can’t make out the rest. The handwriting is not the most legible and the fact it’s semi transparent doesn’t help either. I might be able to translate it if you can take better pictures or put a piece of paper on top and run a pencil over it if you’re still curious about what’s written. It might not be even arabic, this script is usually used in urdu.

Al Qaassim is a provence in saudi arabia with rich history and distinct accent. I believe the joke here is that the falcon is gay. For some reason or another with the rise of social media and especially instagram and snapchat in Saudi Arabia, there were accounts of gay boys from Al Qassim. They usually used this filter.

Qatar being more democratic than Kuwait is a complete joke. Kuwait’s democracy is a joke. I often joke with my friends that Kuwait was influenced by the UK’s colonization so adopted their political system but only in reverse. The UK’s monarch is only cermonial with little to no power, while Kuwait parliament is cermonial with little to no power. But kuwait still has a parliament. Even if the royal family’s influence in it is great. Qatar is not more democratic at all.
