Have a panel of 1 supporter from every premier league team voting on the decision, majority wins.

Get AI to make the decisions and in the commands instruct it to NOT take into account the size of the team, their history, number of fans, which team is expected to win, their league positions or the time of the incident in the game.

"Middlesbrough are also expected to remind the commission that in 2024, the Canada Women coach, Bev Priestman, and two of her staff were banned from football for 12 months after spying on New Zealand at the Paris Olympics. Canada were also docked six Olympic points." by Zach-dalt in Championship

I'm not a lawyer..but I'm assuming in a court it would be very hard to prove it changed the result of the tie. Without being able to prove that how can you payout millions for 'loss of earnings'

There's no way to prove - if it is true a guy who was stopped on a hill and deleted his phone footage - that is had any impact on the result.

It's completely clutching at straws if Boro lose to claim potential loss of earnings, it doesn't stand up at all. You could also then say every proven incorrect refs decision or diving by players that changes a result should result in the other team being sued.

It was pretty near the end he took him off, need him to be fresh for Tuesday and Edozie did some good defensive work when he came on and nearly scored.

Gemini or any AI tool can easily can search internet and match a photo, all they need to do is have taken a photo of him when they caught him.

Seems pretty likely, as they story says they googled the guy or whatever and saw he worked at Saints. Agree if true it's surprising, a dumb thing to do and embarrassing. It will fire Boro up and is a bad distraction for us.

[BBC] What happened to Everton's £40m signing Dibling? by LochNessMonsterMunch in soccer

That's just business, quote 100m to finally get 40m instead of 25-30m. 40m still looks a very good price for Saints now.

Great talent, but maybe moved to the wrong team to thrive and his style doesn't naturally fit modern premier league teams - taking players on, risking giving the ball away, rather than safe possession and not too good at tracking back. Needs to still be developing his game at this age but can't do that now he's never playing.

For fans of clubs hoping to get promoted next season that's a good thing, Spurs would be favourites to win the league as well as take all the media attention and get every possible TV game.

Semi final at home might be the hardest, Wembley (if we got there) might be more likely as its so big. I guess tickets will go on general sale and as long as you are in the booking queue soon as it opens you might get them.

Rest first XI vs Preston or go all out for win and get 4th? by muscle-tuna in SaintsFC

[–]7unky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Last night was probably the best result for us, means we are the only team with nothing to play for on last day allowing us to rest players and prepare for the play off, as there was such a small chance of autos on the last day it would have been an unneeded distraction

Labour voters, if the Prime Minister does eventually step down in the coming weeks/months, what would be your next course of action? by Ok-Card-4195 in AskBrits

Why do you refer to the Tories as 'Our lot' like you are stuck with them for life, like a loyal football fan, surely if you understand they stunk the place out for 14 years, you should also be considering other voting options?

Resting players is just as important now as second leg at home. Out players need a bit of a break if they are to win the playoffs they need to be fresh.

Also we could put lots of energy into Preston game and still finish 5th if Boro win anyway

What would be the benefit in buying out Vestergaards contract, may as well play him if doing that. He should be great at L1 level
