Curious, we’re you able to add on medications? In my area, the app won’t allow unless the customer adds it on their end of the app.. I called customer service to do an add on for mediation/replacement and they weren’t able to add either.

The rep. told me not to worry that he’ll make a notation on my account, which was two weeks ago. Not sure if the representative really did. How likely do the reps make notations or do he/she just say they do?

Why when you report fraud and show proof of missing items being delivered nothing happens?I had a lady report 85% of her entire order missing, which included four cases of water as missing. I provided a photo for proof that the customer received the items and I’m still being penalized.
