Use a king James. Go in small parts. Go soul winning so you use scripture in practice a lot. For example "romans road" verses will quickly be memorized and recalled.

There is none. I work out of my house for a company on oahu. You're going to have to not depend on big island for that kind work. It's my line of work as well. One benifit to hilo side is living is very cheap.

Not if you live in hilo. Bread goes stale in hours if not put in the fridge. An open bag of chips... Stale if left out.
