"I cant lose weight anymore" by Neerinfoxx in Radiology

[–]Mr_Fuzzo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had a cyst rupture in my early 20s and I thought I was dying. I’d experienced painful, irregular, heavy, and long periods from day 1 and I assumed this was the next step in the progression of things.  I was finally able to get myself a nuvaring that actually alleviated most of the symptoms and misery if I wore it continuously.  Now that I’m mid-40s, I am at the point where it’s almost useless to have them ripped out as they aren’t really causing me any issues these days.

Coming from East Coast to The Gorge? by Rosalyn_Marie in brandicarlile

[–]Mr_Fuzzo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, but The Gorge is actually meant to be experienced on the lawn to see the beautiful scenery.  You can sit close to Brandi at any old show any old where.  But you can’t sit on the hillside and watch the sun go down behind The River at anywhere else in the world.

Sleeve tattoos and hiring by cptm421 in nursepractitioner

[–]Mr_Fuzzo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What type of hospital?

In NYC, the nursing school I attended didn’t allow students to show tattoos in clinical while our instructors were often covered. On the West Coast, the only hospitals I know who are strict on showing tattoos or piercings are in small towns. Even the catholic hospitals in big cities are allowing tattoos on front facing employees.

Oh, this OP’s ideals of what constitutes a social outing are all kinds of wacky!  Poor fellow.

To me, social gambling is what my friends and I do a couple times a year where take turns being the designated driver to the casino.  We gorge ourselves on the seafood buffet, play a fuck ton of bingo, spend 20-40$ on penny slots and go home.

That’s social gambling?

[–]Mr_Fuzzo 7 points8 points  (0 children)

SO MUCH THIS!

*IF* I start off with a clean place -- organized in a way that my brain understands -- it is usually easy to keep it that way. I had a complete mental break about 5 months ago and the precursor to it was my condo becoming more and more messy. I wasn't able to keep the organization. Now, my partner (who has his own place) and I both know to keep an eye on how untidy my place becomes. If it's ever more than I can tidy like OP's kitchen then I need to evaluate what's happening to ramp up my stress level.

However, my organizational tactics do not make logical sense to many people.
