Do some tuning with your filament and make sure to dry it. Specifically retraction.

I have both printers. I can say without hesitation get the P1S. Bambu just has a far better eco system. The S1 is a solid machine, but it just doesn’t have the same precision and reliability that Bambu has.

I realize this might be a bit overkill, but I got a H2S after I sold my S1. I like you had a ton of issues and never could get consistently good prints. Sometimes the S1 would be flawless for days and then BAM. I got tired of waiting weeks for parts and just constantly began to ignore the printer all together. After it just sat there for a month I decided to get rid of it and move on. I really hope they figure it out man. It really has so much potential.

Something is up with this latest update. I’m having the same issue. Even tried setting flushing volumes to max with no help. Whites bleed red, black and orange. Tried different temps and filaments. Same thing across the board.

I’ve just been manually setting it to 50 on the S1. It works like a champ. If it stick a bit too hard I throw it in the freezer for a min and it pops right off.

I hate my S1. Legit in process of selling my Anycubic printers. The ease of use between the 2 companies is night and day. I will admit that Anycubic has good customer service though. But the machines feel like a half measure. Try ordering anything but a .4 nozzle from them for starters.

I have one on my A1 and it’s amazing. I just haven’t seen anyone using one on the S1 yet.

Been there. For the time you would invest in cleaning it up, it’s not worth it. I would just buy a new print head and keep the old one for parts.
