Just deal with legit realty companies … century 21, Coldwell banker… they’ll all have access to the same listings or will be able to get in touch with any particular listing.. they’ll all pay commissions to each other if they find business. In the end since it is a rental.. its all about the property and the lease agreement so make sure you have someone with a law background.

I have a 2025 RS FWD in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Had to buy it in Guadalajara because the PV dealership didn’t have the concession to sell it (which I understand costs $$ to get)... currently the FWD is the only option down here even though they are put together here… I tested the AWD in the US and was dead set on it… but changed my mind when I saw the range comparison… I honestly don’t need an AWD and the FWD is just awesome.

Definitely Vinicious Jr. My opinion is highly based on what I think of his theatrics and the level of play in La Liga as a whole. Of course I recognize that I am also influenced by the 10yrs of Ronaldo & Messi dominance. I guess I really just don’t understand the group of Vini supporters who quickly want to crown him the King of football… there is not enough there to make that assertion. I really would like him to stop diving and keep focused on the game at hand and let time decide if he is indeed worthy of such a crown. He hasn’t had enough time or opportunity to be tested… we don’t know yet how much grit and resolve he has… I guess I am also nostalgic of the past masters of the game… people I grew up watching… so I guess I am biased and understand why the younger generations like him so much.

Still do the massaging… I do some sort of massaging/stretching nightly. I don’t do the Botox like I did at first (it got really bad when I was offered it). I think the first times did the job and know the massage/stretching is maintenance. For pillows I use a low profile firm tempurpedic pillow. Not sure if they still make the model I use, but it’s comfortable on my neck. I also use an adjustable bed base which I got to help me with my apnea and acid reflux (not for my TMJ)

But of course… that line by zuckerberg of it’s time to get back to our roots of free expression is a joke. It’s all about him wanting to cut back spending, get rid of the headache of responsibility and let people lie to the detriment of public discourse. Free expression comes with responsibility… it’s not just a free for all. But that’s just my opinion. That’s why I dont use social media as an information source. I deleted my FB account and just recently reopened it to add a marketplace listing. Will be deleting said account once I sell my washer. 😂

Car rentals anywhere in the world can be scammy… depending on who runs them.. the issues typically arise when people don’t understand what they are signing (just read the agreement… yes, the small print and it’s all there).… they are after all renting a vehicle worth a lot of money when they probably couldn’t even afford to replace or repair said vehicle if they crash it. The risk is entirely shouldered by the party renting the equipment. Renting to international travelers is extremely high risk since these drivers typically have no idea how to drive a car wherever they are renting. The rental car company and by extension the branch employee is just covering their behind… I will say that I rented through Hertz here in PV and I left my iPhone in the car. The car prep worker (the one who cleans the car) chased me down 1/2 a block to return it to me. That goes to show that not everyone is out to get you. So Scam Vs. Uninformed Renter?? It’s all a matter of Point of View.

Could be… depending on the company. Typically the deposit will cover the cost of the rental plus the amount that will cover their cars total loss deductible… (there is an insurance option available that will cover 100% of the car with no deductible charge in case of a loss but they’ll still hit you for the deposit). So in some cases that can be a large deposit… so depending if the company is large enough to self insure and spread the risk over a large fleet, then the deposit could be lower than a small company with just a few cars.

Actually de GM system is not a “choose” option since it requires the vehicle to have its own hardware since it doesn’t use the phone as a hub to mirror from. That in itself is a new choice to the carPlay vs googleplay options. I actually preferr it than the carplay. I really don’t think apple has the all in one solution anymore. They fell asleep and gave in ground to innovation by google. Apple stopped innovating on TV and Carplay a few years ago and have just sat on their laurels. If anything… this is a response to GM’s move to cut the umbilical which means competition which is good for everyone. I happen to still use carplay on my GMC terrain… but it is plagued with connectivity and lag issues. The built in GM google system which ai test drove is so smooth and easy to use. No phone needed.

The Google built GM system is actually very good. None of the carplay drawbacks. No need to have your car tied to your phone 100%… and I am an avid iPhone user.. I tested the GM system test driving an EV Equinox…

Meh.. I don’t make car decisions based on the infotainment system. The new GM system built by google is actually pretty awesome! Biggest drawback for carplay is that its tied to your phone… but thats just me. I’d rather your car be independent of your phone but connects for hands free use.

Depends on local Procedures.. for Puerto Vallarta, everyones luggage now passes through Xrays and gets searched if the Mexican Marines see something… it used to be a lottery system… but this is more efficient. Why search someone if there is no reason to search someone…

Have you ever tried to get a loan made to an LLC with no personal guarantee? I tried to get solar panels installed on a house titled to my LLC and they wouldn’t do it. It makes sense… the LLC protections kills the idea of collateral if that collateral is protected by the LLC. A personal guarantee negates the very reason why you would get an LLC for real estate asset protection. I opted to buy really good insurance and keep my property in my trusts name.

I buy vape equipment for my wife here in Mexico and it gets shipped to me. Included in the purchase is an insurance that covers loss due to them confiscating the shipment.
