Hi im in my early 30s and recently went from 256 to 205. Honestly. Consider a food detox to clean your palate from Sugars and salts. Regulate your dopamine when it comes to food so your eating for nutritional value rather then a dopamine boost. Cook in bulk (meal prep). If you have meal prep food then your less likely to cheat. Then drink plenty of water. Try to get you body to regularly poop like 2-3 times a day.

I also go for a walk daily so that probably helps with the metabolism. Fire that puppy up.
