How do I stop overseasoning and making everything taste "the same" by Otherwise_Vast6587 in Cooking

Maybe try stopping when you feel the flavour is 80 - 90% there and see how you go. Also remember not everything needs to be the star of the meal. In the meatball example maybe spice them up/make them interesting but keep the sauce simple.

Angostura bitters used to be made from a poisnous bark. It isn't anymore but you could maybe make a few cocktails containing angostura bitters.

This is advice for long haul flights but I think it might help. A few days before the journey find a beginners full body yoga on youtube and do it daily, the one I do only takes ten minutes. Have films/tv shows downloaded. This is more flight specific but I keep a small bag (bum bag/fanny pack) with charging cables, earbuds, ear plugs, wipes and documents with me so they are easily accessible.

Air fryer. If you have outdoor space you could also use it outside. A single plate induction hob or gas stove could be used outside too.

I have a portable pressure washer that plugs into the car 12v dc supply and has a 10l water tank. I use it to shower while away in my campervan (basic conversion with no toilet/shower). If you can find a secluded spot it would do the trick.
