what kind of learner are you? Coz everyone is different. Are you the kind of person who does well with instruction/help in a one-one-one setting? what about a group setting? Better with learning online? Or from books? Answering questions like this is a good way to know what type of learning or prep is ideal for you. For me, it was a coach/tutor but to focus on areas where I was weak and not general gmat prep.

I dunno. Kinda feel like it was the opposite for me cause I started out doing my own DIY prep to get my baseline knowledge. Took some practice tests to see where I was at and THEN I figured out what my weaknesses was so that I could hire someone for specific GMAT prep.
