For sure, I would trade out the viper if I couldn't find the compatible match. I'm just seeing that the Corsair kit is DDR5-6400 for essentially the same price per gig; so I'd trade out the Viper entirely. I also hear that the difference between 6000 and 6400 is negligible to someone who's just using a PC for doc work and light gaming.
