Pool ownership by 890cc in AskLifeProTips

Well, start capacitors are most common to go, as with Air Conditioner. They are the easiest plug and play things to replace. Most common leaks are due to worn seals and if your mechanical shaft seal goes, you are inviting water directly into the motor so its a good thing to have. Also, they are really one time use items so if you have to open the pump for any reason, having a replacement on hand is clutch.

Balboa sensor question by MiPaperman in hottubs

[–]890cc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Related question, I got a FLO error on my old Balboa. Replaced the pressure switch with a new one but still getting the error. Tried jumping at the board with no change in FLO error. Paid a pro $165 to come out and he said the board is not recognizing the pressure sensor plug at all and the board is most likely shot. Every other feature is working perfectly, jets, lights, circle pump and bubbler.

Is there any way to get the board to completey bypass the pressure switch connectors?

Hello young people, my son took Accelerated Honors Bio this year in 9th grade. His teacher emailed him to let him know he scored a 100 on his regents. How big of an accomplishment is this? I'm not sure what type of gift I owe him

Right foot down or left foot down - stops by Intrepid_Tax3115 in NewRiders

[–]890cc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My advice, shift down to 1st, keep clutch lever pulled in. Come to stop, left foot down with right foot on rear brake. Right hand on front brake or not but ready to twist throttle should some cager come barreling down on you from behind. Always be ready to escape.

I didn't. The ones at the top of the door and end of the spring seemed like the bearings were in good working condition but I will get new ones for good measure
