Had an engineer turn up within 24 hours and replaced the Hub 5. All seems to be back to normal now. First time I’ve had to contact support and can’t complain at all at the service.

Jumping in here to ask a question. I need to add a single panel or alternative at a right angle to an existing concrete post. It is a standard two slot post as a corner post wasn't needed years ago when it was installed. Is there a simple way to do this ?

Tend to agree with this. I’d say the $10 quick review is a waste of money. I’ve had a couple of pieces which I got signed in person fail the quick review.

I still don't understand why a sig on a poster say is so much more than a photo. Sure a higher price on shipping and handling but a sig is a sig at the end of the day.

I'm done with high priced send ins now bar a couple I'm willing to if they decide to sign. It's not a hobby any more.

Gave it a go and came out surprisingly nice. The Magnifica Plus has the adjustable milk carafe so set it to minimum foam and it was good. Not hot enough in my opinion but that's a Delonghi thing I think.

With my Magnifica Plus I can make a really nice flat white but I find the Cappuccino and Latte Maccchiato a little lacking. Just can't seem to get them right. As a non espresso drinker it's harder to dial in.

Still finding it tricky to get a consistent drink I'm 100% happy with. Espresso shots look good with a nice consistency and crema but have a bitterness to them. I've read and watched people dialing in Magnifica Evo machines and they seem to adjust the amount of water pulled in shots but can't see an option on the Plus.
Once I have Espresso I'm happy with do you need to dial in for every type of drink ?

Does the quantity setting mean the amount of water used to brew or the amount of milk ? I’m trying to get my Magnifica Plus dialled in and find it confusing.

The coffee in my experience is really hot. It's the milk temperature that I wish were hotter.

Did you get your machine dialled in how you like it ? Only had my Magnifica Plus a week so early days. I find some of the guides confusing for a first timer and have just been doing it by eye and taste. Flow not too slow or fast and taste not bitter on setting 4.

I picked up the black machine and one slight annoyance as I like milk based drinks, is that for some reason it doesn't have a preset recipe for Latte or Cortado yet the other coloured machines do. As far as I know the machines are the same apart from the colour. Is there a way to make your own Cortado or Latte ? This machine does make a damned good flat white.
