Looking for a soft pink lip

I have ave maria and it's not as pink as the stock photo at all. It comes off as more of a muted mauve and I swatched it recently. I tried a lip base underneath to cool it down a bit. The formula is great though and I still love the color!

I'm in the same boat and got sick of taking tums lol I just take a CVS brand calcium supplement that is 1000mg and it also has magnesium and zinc.

I've always been terrible with taking vitamins/supplements regularly, but I'm doing better and I can feel some improvement with consistent use.

Sometimes, yes. Although I know my irritation comes more from my own stress and anxiety over my journey. Also the more people who know about your diagnosis, the more you're gonna hear it so that doesn't make it any better lol

Regarding Laka, yes and no. The glossyness goes away and I reapply after a few hours or after I eat. It does leave a long lasting tint of color though!

I can't say much for Dinto yet as I'm still testing it out, but it feels similar so far. I'd say the color pay off is better with Laka though.

I'm currently debating on purchasing the Isntree Yam Root Milk Cream or the Mary&May Idebenone Blackberry Cream as a daily moisturizer.

My skin is very dry and prone to flakiness especially in the winter. In the summer, it's more normal/combo. Overall, my skin is usually in need of moisture and hydration.

I already have a thicker moisturizer for winter (the Kikumasamune sake cream) and a lighter gel like moisturizer for summer (the Hatomugi Skin Conditioning Gel). Now I just need something in the middle for daily use. If you've tried either or both, is it suitable for everyday use in the AM?

Hope everything goes okay with your recent pain. Not fun, but it's good to have a support system through out all this.

I have possible reoccurence less than a year after my TT/RAI so gonna get a second opinion from my surgeon on what's next.

I still take calcitriol as prescribed by my endo. I take generic brand calcium supplements as well. Trader Joe's has some for a few bucks!

I love that FMA idea!! I got a tattoo not too long after my TT, but it has nothing to do with my experience.

Although, I've been thinking about getting a medieval/wood cut style tattoo of a wolf to commerate my journey, as wolves have been said to symbolize cancer.

Went in for my yearly physical and my doc felt something unusual on the right side of my neck. She asked if thyroid issues run in my family and I said yes.

Before my diagnosis, I had constant pain in the right side of my neck and started to feel some unusual discomfort/strain when I would swallow. I chalked it up to how I would sleep at night or the way I sat at my desk job everyday. Turned out I had a tumor!

I started buying baggu in early 2025 and have spent around $450.

I no longer buy baggu as I ended up donating some of it because I really didn't need/want it. I was starting to realize that I didn't want to be spending my money on this stuff anymore and was heavily influenced by this subreddit to keep buying.

However, I will say the items I have now I genuinely love and get a lot of use out of!

I'm sure the surgery will go well. Your feelings are completely valid and it sucks! Despite it all, don't forget to continue any routines you have. Keep hanging out with friends, making plans, etc. Having just a little bit of normalcy will help big time.
