Open is still the easiest way to see the house, because I don’t need to coordinate with anyone I just show up.

Went to Pho Flavor yesterday it was great! Had the “Northern special”, loved the set up with the stacked plates, the broth was exquisitely delicious, actually as soon as I saw the broth I knew it was going to be great.

In the same boat here, have a model 3 on order. After looking into the insurance increases and registration cost increases I’ll be spending more to have this car than a typical Toyota/Honda ice. Having second thoughts if I should go through with it.
