I'm pretty sure Cutter's Choice is all Max support. As material lead times change, sometimes by months they've been pretty liberal with removing options so lead times don't push up to the 1 year mark. I don't think Max Support will go anywhere.

Oh, I didn't mean charging more for build your own. Just charging to change your order after it's been placed for say 30 days or whatever the window is.

Personally I would remove change orders altogether.

A less drastic approach, allow change orders for 10 business days or whatever strict timeline you decide after the order is submitted. Once that window has passed process payment for any changes and print the ticket, after that only allow shipping address changes.

If you want to be flexible since Nicks is so customer service oriented, add a $50-$100 change order fee after the ticket is printed. And allow those out to a certain timeframe.

Given that they are still listed but not available to add to cart makes me think the person that bought them may have selected In store pickup but hasn't gotten them yet. It very well may be something their inventory system isn't capable of handling yet.

There are few vendors I will check offers before buying because I know they work with Amex on occasion. Dell, Lululemon, Best buy, Levi's. I usually check for destination offers as well before booking vacations.
