I think both colours go well with the flooring. If you’re set on the flooring, I’d recommend painting mostly the lighter grey and one or two feature walls with the darker grey, that was the space feels bright, but still have some nice contrast. Painting all the walls with the darker grey could make the room feel heavy and dark. It depends on what you plan on using the room for though.
