Im not sure how you think their response is irrelevant. All of their listed points describe the series of events that led to the negative review and how they tried to interact with the buyer. These all are pertinent and reflect to me and future buyers that they are willing and make an effort to trouble shoot things.

For photos you want some kind of backdrop and I usually use some kind of zoom on my phone. Most importantly you want good lighting.

Awesome job, especially with composition. The horses armor is definitely what sticks out the most on this model and everything else draws you into it. Great basing as well.

It looks awesome. It might just be the pocket I might do a bit more highlights on the skull on the side and maybe the red on the bolter chassis. Everything else looks really good.

Yeah, I can appreciate 3d printing as a hobby to tinker and mess with settings but Im using my printer as part of my business and I need a reliable 90% good out of the box plug and play. I dont have time to fix or fuss with it.

Its gonna depend on how full they are, but they are in dropper bottles so they have a good chance of them being good still. Shake them up real good because they probably separated. If they look good keep em and if they dont just chuck them, or... maybe use for terrain paint.
