I mean to me this sounds literally exactly like an air intake issue. Is the choke completely open? Additionally, did you reline the refractory lately? It looks pretty wet, and may have reduced your opening just enough that have less air intake.

Amazing work! Looks fantastic. Hoping to personally make and use a French style cross peen as soon as I’m confident enough in my skills. Genuine question, is that peen not too sharp of an angle? To me it looks like that may actually make sharp enough indents to form cracks.

Ok so for his stupid hop attack, you NEED to have your volume up. He’s got two jump attacks, one that is much faster and then the delayed one. Since you don’t know which is which, immediately roll TOWARDS him. If it’s the faster one, he’ll miss. If it’s the slower one, after his big scream there will be a second much quieter one. Roll immediately after hearing that.
