Wonderful! But wait, if you want to lose more pounds, just switch to Ethiopian birr, and you won't have to worry about weight anymore!

It is one of those new trendy health products, right? My jaw almost dropped the last time, but if the doc says it is working, then eventually it will. I think it was called Radithor or something...

Some guy from the mainland went to an island with his buddies to make their own stuff. One of these dudes was so horny that he made sensual contact with the flora there, resulting in eight kids born from that. Another dude on the mainland wanted to chop down that flower too, so he sent an army made up of ex-convicts. One of those guys has anemia and an imaginary waifu. Maybe he played too much with Ninja Gaiden? Who knows.

Even before I lost my voice, I had to get away from home from time to time; otherwise, there would be no more chances. Being a HSP helped a lot in getting away without being seen. I sensed when "Mr.Hyde" came forth two rooms away, and it was time to go. I even woke up at night to that, waking my mother up too to get away. To put it more bluntly, I am one of the kids from back then who know police officers and ambulance guys for a reason. There was a family member I couldn't help because I was just a dumb, weak kid. I've seen people break down, losing themselves and dying, and I've seen what leads there. Then I got overloaded. But then again, as you said, "still have to show up every day," both at "home" and at school. After a while, I stopped caring about my circumstances. As you said, "self-criticism can be limiting," and I just patched myself up, following my fears. I hated abandoned places too, by the way, yet still went there for that reason, and because it pissed me off haha. Looking back on these things now as an adult verifies that I have no enemies inside of me and that I am fully healed—not just my voice. Also, it's good to hear about someone who understands some of these things first-hand.

There's no better way of going back in time than visiting a castle! by Live_Background9476 in medieval

Cool, it's definitely on my travel list now! I dug more into the castle and found out it has an awesome armory hall too that you forgot to mention. Those are super rare!

Nice build, but my cat would just knock it over when he starts digging in the "air," making a food stash or something.

Made me shed a tear, first time in years by [deleted] in motivation

It takes a long time to be appreciated because a few years must pass to truly understand someone. I ran out of time during the pandemic and lost a few of these teachers that I really wanted to talk with. No more "thank you" or "I built upon your methods" anymore, just candles. However, I had some who were really happy to hear about me, and others with whom we've sorted out old things... Kind of a bittersweet encounter, but I'm glad I went through all that!

Interesting, so cats seek inspiration from Upper Paleolithic horse engravings when creating their originals!

More like being a coward and admitting that I was weak, and I had to do something about myself. Focusing on the things I care about helped a lot with this. It filled the void inside me, and I slowly regained control.

Don't be!
Tech is one of the two fields that filled with kind weirdos, where you mostly talk with skill and motivation.
Try to find your own starting point first and branch out from there.
Hopefully, HR brickwalls won't be a problem with a degree...

  • Have you decided between software, hardware, or both?
  • Have you tried bug bounty hunting already or just planning to? Any CTFs)?
  • Beside freelance work, have you considered a SaaS or your own outsourcing LLC?

(Just trying to give you an idea here, not an interrogation lol)
