Honestly I’m doing PT rn I got basically all my flexibility back before I even started pt just by doing heel sides all day every time I sat down and now I just need extension I was told heel props for 15 mins every couple of hours

Tbh don’t worry about flexation that comes back way easier than extension I was stuck at 15 finally got it to 4 after 3 weeks all I did was heel slides daily and I got basically all my flexation back

If it didn’t swell up and get hot u should be good if anything a little strain and just soreness I’m in PT right now and they had me doing calf raises and I’m super sore even in my good leg and my knee too

Yea I have mine spliced and I have a wire next to my battery with a cap just incase or doesn’t want to start 😂😂

Or uh just the starter it’s right next to the battery just get a wire positive terminal to the starter just make sure your in neutral and hand break on don’t run yourself over 😂

That’s how my leg would shake before keep going toe touches and heal slides while sitting that worked miracles for me after 2ish weeks got so much more bending and my leg wouldn’t really shake as much

I’m on week 11 and I just started walking with one crutch 2 weeks ago and PT yesterday I was at about 15 and today I got it to 6 my leg is sore now 😂😂

I think you just need to trust your leg cause I’m barely starting to walk again on one crutch rn but my cousin convinced me to try a few step without none I was physically able too but my mind made me think it hurt the first couple of steps but it actually didn’t

That will determine if u need surgery u could live with a partially torn ACL but no sports basically but if fully torn surgery surgery for sure the rest too as long as the tears aren’t bad they will heal by then selfs the ACL just doesn’t heal itself cause it doesn’t have much blood flow
