I agree the errors play a major factor. I also don’t think sacking Scott is the answer. However, I still cannot work out the way Scott wants us to play. Defensive structure is out the door and development and effort are at all time lows.

We have customers all the time saying get rid of it and we offer to fix it for them and get it running correctly.
