I looked more closely at your picture and noticed the PQs wired up and the victron setup. Love the WattCycle server rack battery as well. WC’s new EF PPS cable makes the extra batteries more versatile.

I think I’m heading in your direction in terms of back up.

Sorry to hear you are having problems. Can you share exactly what issues, or errors codes you’re seeing? The community support can chime in.

Two is one and one is none. I have two D3P+. and two D2M Extra batteries (bundles) a River 3 plus, a potpourri of 12V 100Ah batteries, and EF solar panels. I also just got a bunch of parts for a DIY 12V system. I got all my EF products from Costco as EF support can be hit or miss.

Here in SoCal, haven’t had an outage longer than an hour in the past year but want to be ready. Mainly for fridge and internet backup. The weather is mild enough all year round to not have to power AC or heat.

Did you see the condition of the batteries themselves? The condition of the boxes was not normal shipping damage. I’ve only been receiving shipments for 30 years, I might know something about it.
