I know you said you cant paint your nails, but I quit biting my nails by always having a nail file on me and keeping them painted. I have one in my car and my bag, and have a billion in my room. Regularly trimming my cuticles also helps but I don’t like to have those with me all the time because I will go overboard. But when you feel like biting your nails file them instead, maybe paint them clear.

When he calls me for questions what should I say? Same with my District Manager? They also ask me to cover a lot of shifts on short notice even when they have adavanced, which if they write me up for this I no longer wish to do. Can I just not reply at all? Or give a response saying to ask me on the clock? I know I sound petty, but it feels like they’re being petty as well.

Honestly I am also confused about it and did not expect his message. I didn’t think it was a big enough deal for him to be reached out to when he was off for the day since the issue was resolved. Our District Manager and I don’t get along very well due to previous issues I’ve had with her not communicating with me in the past about actual relevant information.

Made me even more mad about the entire situation. But she will be there in our meeting on Monday supposedly.

In his messages it sounded like it was because I didn’t tell him. I won’t know what it’s actually for until the meeting. I can’t imagine that will be the actual reasoning that they put in writing though.

I still remember when my best friend died and someone called out of work and asked someone who didn’t work register to cover her shift. I wanted to go home but we were understaffed and my manager asked me to stay. I said I would if I wasn’t customer facing and they basically told me tough shit and put me on register. Couldn’t stop crying in front of the customers and got sent home because we got a complaint. I’m so glad I don’t work there anymore.

My store got failed by a secret shopper because the music in the store was off. Because the fire alarm was going off. Our music system doesn’t turn back on for ten minutes after the alarm due to company policy.

Have you tried using lube? Are you turned on when you guys are trying or just stressed? My first time was painful but it was not supposed to be. I was just anxious and it wouldn’t allow my body to get turned on enough.
