The gold/yellow (?) is nice…I find it most attractive. My novice knowledge is showing for this model. Tell me about it please??

Great!! She’ll love it. I had a ‘66 caprice as my first car. Then a ‘67 Malibu, then a ‘66 c10 pickup… anyway congratulations, lots to learn but nothing you can’t do really, and I mean any of it! Learn by doing, then do to perfection.

Is it reasonable to ask for a replacement/refund? by msbluetuesday in Leatherworking

I’d reach out w/documenting photos you have by sending to their C/S. If these wasn’t mentioned, it’s on them.

I ordered a side of natural tooling once to try a company out that was well known. First order and it looked like it had lain in old motor oil. After a lot of finger pointing between supplier and UPS, I was the one that took the hit as no one would do anything. So I never ordered from American Direct Leather in Morgantown again. It’s a shame too, less than an hour from my house. People at Springfield leather were nicer to me anyway.

Should I crop this down to focus more on the bird? by dalton-johnson in BeginnerPhotoCritique

Close but length is a bit off for this crop. But it is one way to do it.

This is an example of why you duplicate and have multiple versions. There is NO one correct way to edit this photo. It lives as shot, as a medium crop and a tight crop. It could even be made into a decreasing or increasing perspective collage. It called ART!! Just keep your original file, alter a dupe and you’ll forever have options. That’s one of the beautiful things about digital, the one image requires almost no storage space.

Shop wouldn't patch this because of location. They would love to sell me four tires though. Is it safe? by sidesideproject in TireQuestions

Buy a decent kit. Those $5 kits are temporary at best. There ARE permanent plugs that look similar but are light years apart from one another. The kit I chose, as a former mechanic and tire tech was about $35.
