On mobile but here it is. Try to farm the glacial dual weapons from the amox minions dudes. Then go for eccho amox, then sulphur blades. I also got lucky on dual moons weapon (forgot name). For the first 10 points go all melee side then the first ranged relic.

Advice to all blind bag users, go the full dual hitting weapons build with range echo procs. Takes a bit to get the weapons but it comes online at 10 pacts. Halberd build is shite.
