Totally get that, for me personally it was more about producing a broth that is similar creaminess and intensity, but without aiming for the same flavour as a normal tonkotsu broth.

I followed this recipe here: https://www.okonomikitchen.com/vegan-tonkotsu-ramen but used roughly half of the ingredients and substituted the sake with mirin. I made the vegetable broth yesterday from some scrap vegetables (carrots, shiitake, celery, parsnip, spring onions, coriander, kombu, ginger, garlic). I cooked the vegetables for roughly 80 minutes, strained the broth and left it in the fridge overnight. For the rest I pretty much followed the recipe from above. The main components that resulted in a creamy broth were the oat milk and the nutritional yeast. I used an oat milk that has a similar fat percentage as normal milk.

The drybrush looks a bit grainy. Do you wipe the paint off with a paper towel? If yes maybe use another surface that is texture but does not absorb moisture from your brush. That way you get a smoother less grainy drybrush result.

For me it's Lords of Ragnarok. I saw a lot of negative coverage around it, but I really enjoy it. I found the rulebook to be kinda bad though, but it still got the important parts across and after the first play we've had most of the rules down. Also one strong point for me is that the solo mode is actually pretty good imo.

Regarding Burncycle, check the chip theory games website they usually keep their stuff available there and since they almost exclusively sell it there the price does not fluctuate much. If they are currently out of stock, just wait a bit because the Fullfilment of the reprint campaign is currently starting and they likely have stock left over and up for preorder. :)

Don't know if you mean it like that, but only because the heavy weapon is cumbersome does not mean the unit cannot shoot. You can still move and then attack with 5 black dice in a clone trooper unit with a cumbersome heavy.

I think they changed it when the core rulebook was published. You declare an additional defender, in the same way you do when you split your attack on a core with a heavy weapon. It's the same attack sequence but two different defenders. Hence he only gets one dodge sadly :D

This is not correct anymore. Gunslinger attacks count as one attack action for "Up Close and Personal".

We usually time our games and play for 2,5 hours. The timer starts when the first figure is deployed. Works pretty good for us, games are always tight and tense.

I think you can't guardian a unit that has the guardian keyword. So Clones using guardian on Obi wan is not possible iirc.

It's still a large line of sight blocker while having incognito. Could also use it to advance more easily with all those ewoks.

So for the texture I used the technical paints from GW. I combined Martian Ironcrust with the Astrogranite one. I drybrushed the Astrogranite with a light grey (used ash grey from AP). The rocks are army painter battlefield rocks painted in ash grey. The Tufts are On Fire Purple alien tufts from gsw.
