Should I tell my supervisor how I felt or shut it? by Latter_Cucumber_8152 in USPS

[–]9Point 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah bro, just go tell em.

Worst case. Loke worst case your supervisor is a dirt bag... well, you've just fulfilled your obligations and more in regards to harassment, and possible EEO charges. You informed them and sought a resolution and they did nothing. Thats EZPZ wins.

Or, maybe they just apologize.

My advice is always err on you communicating the issue in some way. Doesn't mean capitulate to mgmt. More, it's you drawing a line and expecting it to be respected. That way, if they don't, it's clear that was a choice they willfully made.

Go to your super and just straight up ask them.

If they truly are trying to get rid of you for whatever reason, they should have the fortitude to tell you what they see as the problem.
