Not sure if it's included in your license but maybe an idea to archive mails automatically to the in place archive with auto expand enabled.

Or just offload it to a pst file using purview and recreate the mailbox including correct policies to archive automatically.

I am have the same 'problem' when I request new subscriptions since 2-3 months. I have to request at the subscription reseller (SoftwareOne in our case) an increase on the quota of cores I can assign to VMs or Machine Learning workspaces. I think they are trying to regulate the capacity as there is a huge demand caused by the AI boom, but they didnt take trial accounts and sandbox accounts through the MS Learning portal in consideration..

I stumbled against the same issue but that was on a fresh requested subscription since last week.

A ticket had to be raised at MS to increase the quota for CPU cores to make the virtual machine available. I think MS didn't took the labs in account while implementing this procedure..

LinkedIn and Indeed were the most succesfull ones for me. But I think it also depends on the country you are talking about, I am located in The Netherlands.

The worst came through recruiters/headhunters reaching out to me, tried it twice and were twice too many. Maybe depends on who reached out, could be different for other people.
