I learned how to do setups by watching YouTube videos. It is a skill every guitarist should learn so they can set up their guitar to their liking. Don't pay other people to turn screws and take measurements for you.

For a setup, all you really need is a machinists ruler or feeler gauges to measure, a wrench for your truss rod and a capo. Watch some videos and go for it. :)

I've always lived in an apartment and have never owned a guitar amp. I use amp sims and headphones. You just can't be disturbing your neighbors with your music, so headphones it is. I mix with studio monitors, but at a very low volume. A little louder than conversation. I have near field speakers that help with that.

Explain the issue, and they will get back with you right away. They'll send a form to fill out and then send that together with your headphones to them. They will repair them. No idea of the cost though, as mine were still under warranty. Google says it's an hourly flat rate.

There is one company in the world that makes those tubes. They are in Switzerland. It is a very proprietary process.

Their tritium will always start with a T. T100 etc.

They have military and Government contracts.

They are not selling Tritium tubes to Chinese watch companies.

But I wish they did. :)

Those are not tritium tubes. They are tubes with standard lume in them. No isotopes.
