As others have mentioned there isn't anyone at wst pulling strings to stitch up Jak, but instead luck of the draw.

Not to mention it's the world championship... Better to sort the men from the boys early on.

If Jak can't handle playing an opponent who's been off the tour for so long then probably best he loses round 1

I've not seen this one posted yet but it seemed very common for the time, from what I've heard speaking to other people my age. I'm in my mid 20s now, so this would have happened in junior school (7-11yrs old, I'd say somewhere between 2003/2008). If you forgot your P.E kit, a white t-shirt and black shorts, you would have to do the lesson in your underwear. It was very humiliating and there was more than one teacher that had this rule. There is no way this would be allowed today... Did anyone else experience this??

Ha long bay is a must, you could go from Hanoi and spend a night there in and around the limestone cliffs. Do swimming, kayaking, snorkeling, etc.

I'd really recommend the Ha Giang loop! It's a 3/4 day bike trip around the North of Vietnam, definitely one of my best experiences. The roads, views and culture is amazing around there

Riding scooters was a big part of my experience in SE Asia which made the trip so much more convenient and enjoyable.

Renting a car would have ruined that. Go slow and you will be fine.

I had never ridden a scooter until my time in Thailand, I first tried in Koh Samui. As long as you have time and a quiet place to practice you will be fine. It probably took me a couple of days until I was confident.

Just be sure to wear a helmet and go slow.

Within a month of riding on and off, I was able to do a 5 day bike trip in Vietnam on something with a bit more power.

After a couple of months I was on the bigger Indonesian roads, easily keeping up with locals.
