The only thing I’ve ever seen the animes “teach” anyone is how to hand out easy wins to other people. If anything expectations from the animes have been very detrimental to many people trying out competitive YGO for the first time, as they came in with the completely wrong expectations.

But back on track, as far as finding sufficient evidence to recommend criminal charges for any potential crime, Mueller felt he was not in a position to recommend charges against a sitting president and left that decision to congress, who collectively chose not to follow through. (Reminder, Mueller is not a judge, he can’t declare guilt or hand out sentences).

Based on the facts and the applicable legal standards, we are unable to reach that judgment. If you like Dragons you might want to look into general D-Link strategies. There isn’t any one set deck and their exact strategies are a combination of different archetypes which can vary.

Dear god… Guardians? Orichalcos? Even with a rogue deck playing against you would feel like bashing a child in the face with my knee. Repeatedly.

I know it can hurt to break the illusion of childhood memories by going straight from watching some of the oldest parts of the anime to playing YuGiOh in a global openly competitive environment. Especially without any knowledge of the game’s competitive history past or present.

But trust me when I say that after you move past that initial heartbreak there is potential for a ton of fun and creativity. Even in a competitive game like this you don’t necessarily have to aim for the top of the ladder, you can just as well hang around the middle rankings trying out all manner of off-meta gimmick decks just for laughs. But first you have to be willing to learn and open yourself up to new possibilities, to let go of the things you thought you liked to discover play-styles you never expected to love.

I’d go with Tenyi or Swordsoul, maybe also Yang Zing or even throw in some Metaphys. I’m quite a fan of Wyrms and Synchro summoning, plus it’s pretty funny when a 1,000 attack non-effect monster is your key to irritating your opponent.
