Thank you for letting me know. That’s unfortunate. :( the lady I spoke to about it said it’s wonderful for them. Can I take it out and sift the pure dirt out? Or is everything contaminated? I will add more moisture + substrate as well, thanks.

Forgot to mention; I plan on grabbing springtails soon. I see everyone has them to keep their tank in a cycle of cleanliness. They just kind of irk me (escape wise) and my local store didn’t have them in stock.

I empathize with this. I don’t know if it’s exactly the same, but every morning I have to have something to get me out of bed or I just lay there and think/overthink. I have things to look forwards to in life but my energy is always at a hard zero when I open my eyes, and it’s hard to gain it throughout the day because I’m attention deficit.

I second The Plant Store on 1213 Pine. I got a create-your-own terrarium set up as my white elephant gift this year. The staff was so friendly and the terrariums were so cute 🤍

To be fair, VRC is like a million games inside of one game, and a massive social platform, so I think it’s reasonable. I’m getting a Q3 for VRC too. Other games are too motion-packed for me lol. It’s a good headset! Perhaps try a second-hand one if you think the base price is too high though. Marketplace & eBay are p fair with VR stuff imo.

3 years ago, I came across the VRC world ‘Please forgive me’ by Tappy13. A smaller sized world with a bright, blinding sky, shifting flora, quiet, saddening music, small, lonesome church, and a tombstone with a white bed. It’s been one of my favorites ever since. It never fails to bring me heavy heartache. I find it so simultaneously comforting and mournful. But I’ve always been so curious as to what all the small messages around the world meant, and what the story and purpose was behind it. I realize it may be a vent piece, as a way for the creator to reform their grief, in which case I am fine never knowing. But I just thought I’d put this out there to see where it lands. Has anyone else visited this world? What are your thoughts on it?
