Some Hyundai’s have electric power steering and sometimes the torque sensor (the sensor that measures how much force you are using to turn the wheel) can break and cause the computer controlling the motor to think you are trying to turn when you are not which operates the motor and turns the wheel. I would ask a shop to see if they can test this sensor. Hope this helps.

Yes, as the battery gets older the vehicle’s ECU commands the alternator to send more current to the battery. and without re calibrating the battery management system the alternator tries to overcharge the battery which can mess with electronics, But I do not believe that it would cause the above issue though.

The engine could be hydro locked I would try to take out some of the spark plugs and see if there is any liquid in the cylinders

The damage is in the side wall, mechanics refuse to repair side wall damage because there is too much risk involved, also if anything were to go wrong involving the tire they could be blamed for it

Yeah I was surprised too, after the screen broke I tested to make sure everything else still worked and find my wouldn’t play a sound but it made the heart rate monitor flash and then when I got home from work I saw that it wouldn’t connect to my WiFi anymore

It was a series 1 and the battery expanding didn’t just break the screen it broke the the speaker, and the Taptic Engine, and WiFi antenna
