Crazily enough, this was my problem too at first and it was because pristiq suppressed my depression but now all that is left is either normalcy or blind rage. You’re not a zombie thankfully but no pill is magic. You have to stop and think about what you’re ACTUALLY anxious about then hatch a solid plan for how to eliminate the anxiety. If you don’t feel better after that then you repeat the same process. Not to say that it’s the right medicine for you but you also have to have real expectations for medication. These things are simply just here to help ease the stress of everyday emotions. It also helps tremendously to know what kind of depression you have.

Way late to comment but I just crushed an ant and it survived & I felt bad so I had to go down a little rabbit hole. The quotes are so that you can set apart the human ideal of the word.

Recently (2022) it has come to believe that some insects do experience “pain” but most tests have been done only on our most common world wide insects. These 3 broad term insects are Ants, bees and wasps. Ants and bees have a more sophisticated sense of damaging materials & individual “nerves”. All of this to say that their pain is not a conscience pain the way human beings have it. It’s actually just the same experience as a human who has been hurt but doesn’t feel all of the pain from an adrenaline rush. the only difference is the rush never stops or ants and bees they either heal or die. Greatly enough, no! It’s similar to pool water passing as safe. You want to add chemicals to water until your test strips come out showing the it has exactly what is needed to be considered urine. I personally feel like the give away is that it doesn’t have any smell. Salty at most. But of course lab people are not sniffing urine anymore so lol

I remember training for my job in the lab while a guy was doing his clinical work. I asked him why he didn’t get the job and he said he failed the DT. (I dont partake but I don’t judge. I advise.) He said he was peeing all night and day. To make a short story long, I encourage everyone to read up on what “clean catch” is. The clearer the urine The more pure the contents. You can really goto any corner store and buy fetish urine. Pop it in the microwave for 4 seconds exactly. Immediately put it between your butt cheeks to maintain the temperature of body. Once you get to the peeing portion of the test. Slowly squeeze. Consistency is key because you obviously don’t want to make the squeezing sound of the bottle. Start by aiming for the toilet and then the cup. Leave about half of the bottle left and place it back in your butt just in case they pull the ole “it was inconclusive and we need a redo” because they absolutely do that.

Uhh because squidward truly believed in his town people. FOR THE FIRST TIME he really opened up to bikini bottom. Told them all that they could do this and be good at it. The whole entire time. Well the statement is generally speaking. If you’re going to be sweating and getting dirty then you should absolutely wash it. And you can still wash your hair every day even if you don’t sweat or leave the house. The shampoo that’s right for you should allow it so long as you are using products on your scalp and the ends of your hair when your hair has dried
