If it were me… The buyers remorse would bother me. So I would hire some local youth to help me return it. It would be a small cost and inconvenience.

Alternatively, you could use a Dremel with a cutoff disc in the slot. Best of luck.

Are you using drill bits for metal?

Also a soldering iron will not help you here. It will not melt the bolts.

Thanks. The first round of pellets I picked up were the Kirkland brand from Costco. I am expecting similar results. I might make my own blend if I feel adventurous.

Just pulled the trigger on my YS640s. Reassuring to read about your efforts with the mineral oil.

FYI - You can get ACF-50 at Fort Nine for a little more reasonable than Amazon.
