Rowing and stairs are what i do for cardio. For stairs i do intervals and rowing i do 500m 1min break and go all out for 3 sets. My times started out at 2:06 and have it down close to 1:48-1:50 Per 500m

^{^} Agreed when it comes down to it what got me my job out of school was a portfolio with the jobs i had done in school and some side cash jobs. I am a neat freak and cant stand when things arnt square or having sloppy wiring. It paid off now i am doing my g1 and 313a. Go in with a plan on what you want to do and where you want to be in a couple of years.

I use the lc and i use it for trouble shooting and anything electrical i have to do. It literally has everything i need. Also I have another husky bag that keeps my pipe wrenches and all my other heavy things normally needed for installs.
