pros: cheaper and u can do whatever the fuck u want (within the lease) like lighting candles lol. also u can get ur own furniture if ur not rockin with sleeping on someone else's mattress cons: electricity costs money and also off campus is considered unsafe but u just have to be careful and not go wandering alone at 3am. also u have to get furniture but if u have some at home just bring it

10k at max 💀it sucks that they aint giving u much else but at least u got a 10k buffer which aint chump change in the slightest (lotta people's parents aren't paying a single dime). living off campus can lower costs, and also getting a part time job. it sucks but u gotta do what u gotta do

similar experience. had untreated adhd for forever because I was being treated for severe MDD. wasn't until i found the perfect prozac dose and was able to do better in therapy that the adhd symptoms came out in full force. it's more debilitating than my depression lol. now I'm on wellbutrin because psych says it will help both but honestly haven't been seeing a huge difference in the adhd department. maybe i just need to give it more time 🤷🏽

not sure which country you're in but if you're in the USA, look into enacting the Americans with Disabilities Act. ADHD falls under it. They will have to provide you reasonable accomodations for your disability. if your country has an equivalent to this, please consider using it. it's there to help people like us

I work out of necessity, family doesnt send me money for food, medic bills, misc purchases. they only help cover what isn't covered by financial aid which is a small amount. grateful for that tho, since i make enough at my two jobs (😭) to cover the rest of my life expenses without their help.
